Dear Mountain View Family Practice patients:
I am very sorry to inform you that I will be leaving the practice in July, 2012. My family and I will be moving back to my home place near Morgantown, WV. I am happy to inform you that the practice will continue to grow and meet the healthcare needs of Hedgesville and surrounding communities. In July, our practice will welcome a new Nurse Practitioner. Amber Rich graduated from George Mason University and currently resides in Winchester, VA. We know that she will bring a new and energetic view of healthcare to this practice.
In September, we will be opening a new wing to our office space. It will provide us with an additional 5 exam rooms, lab, patient restrooms, and private office space. This space will increase our current office space to 4,400 sq. feet. Routine well exams, chronic care, pediatric care, women’s care, acute care, simple procedures, injections, and immunizations will be enhanced through this expansion.
In October, Dr. Justin Glassford will be joining Mountain View Family Practice. Dr. Glassford is a graduate of Shepherd University and West Virginia University. He finished his Family Practice Residency in 2010, in Harpers Ferry, WV. Dr. Glassford was Chief Resident in 2009. Since that time, he has worked in Morgantown, WV, as an Urgent Care Physician and Charles Town, WV, as a Hospitalist at Jefferson Memorial Hospital. Dr. Glassford brings extensive training from WVU and we welcome him to our practice.
As always, Mountain View Family Practice is dedicated to you and your medical needs. Any questions will be answered by our helpful staff. Thanks again for your patience through these changes.
Dr. Robert Phares
